Description
The Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts (formerly Times-Union Center) houses three distinct halls built to house a variety of performing arts. The large Jim & Jan Moran Theater, formally known as the “Main Auditorium” has been transformed into a more intimate space with new balconies, a complete reconfiguration of seating, new ceiling and state-of-the-art sound system. Equipped for Broadway touring shows, with a seating capacity of 3,000, this theater gives Jacksonville residents the opportunity to see classic productions.
