This production's producer, Henry W. Savage, and its book writer, Zelda Shears, arranged for a special 'understudy matinee' of this production on Friday, February 23, 1923. This performances featured only understudies performing their respective lead roles. Current understudies in other New York theatres received special invitations to attend. The cast for this performance included Irene Dunne as Antoinette Allen, Earl Gates as Randolph Mayo, Jane Arrol as Mildred Mayo, and Rosa Vera as Janet Milton.
