During previews of this production, original director Morton Da Costa and original choreographer Onna White were both replaced by Herbert Ross. The opening night playbill, however, had no director nor choreographer credited. Opening night, originally schedule for March 25, 1963, was postponed to April 8, and then again to April 19.
