Died by leaping from the 18th floor of the Everglades Hotel and Apartments in Coral Gables, Florida in 1926. It was an attempted suicide pact with her husband, Baron Michael Royce-Garrett; they had planned to hang themselves the following day, but the Baroness unexpectedly leaped while the Baron was out; he lived until 1967.
