Biography: Steve Forrest was born William Forrest Andrews on September 29, 1925 in Huntsville, Texas to Annis and Charles Forrest Andrews. He fought in the Battle of the Bulge in the U.S. Army during World War II. He received a theater degree from UCLA in 1950. Working as a stagehand at the La Jolla Playhouse, he got cast in Goodbye Again at the theater. He married Christine Carilas, with whom he had three sons - Michael, Forrest and Stephen.

Film/TV Credits: Film credits include: "Spies Like Us," "S.W.A.T.," "Mommie Dearest," "The Baron," "Phantom of the Rue Morgue," "The Living Idol," "Flaming Star," "The Longest Day," and "Killer: A Journal of Murder."
