Executive Director of TCG staff since 1998. Prior to TCG, he was senior program officer at the Dayton Hudson Foundation and manager of community relations at Target Stores in Minneapolis, MN. He was the director of the theater for the National Endowment for the Arts (1988-1992); the associate artistic director at Indiana Repertory Theatre (1981-1984) and literary manager for PlayMakers Repertory Theatre (1984-1986). He holds an MA from UNC and an MFA from Yale.
