Biography: Phyllis St. Felix Thaxter was born on November 20, 1919 in Portland, Maine to Sidney St. Felix Thaxter and Phyllis Schuyler. She studied at the Montreal Repertory Theater in the 1930s. She made her film debut in 1944 in "Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo." She married James T. Aubrey Jr. and then Gilbert Lea.
