Miss Helen Baird died while involved with the production "The Man from Mexico." The company was playing in Butte, Montana when Miss Baird became ill with typhoid pneumonia; she was lifted to St. Paul for treatment. It was thought that she had covered, but Miss Baird a relapse and sank gradually until her death. She was 25 years old.
