Biography: Patty Andrews was born Patricia Marie Andrews was born on February 16, 1918 in Minneapolis to Peter and Olga Andrews. She was 14 when the Andrews sisters trio (comprised of her and her sisters, Maxene and LaVerne) began to perform in public. Their jazzy renditions included "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy," "Rum and Coca-Cola," and "Don't Sit Under the Apple Tree (With Anyone Else but Me)." She married movie producer Marty Melcher and then Wally Weschler, who became her manager.

Film/TV Credits: Film credits include: "What's Cookin'?," "Private Buckaroo," "Swingtime Johnny," "Her Lucky Night," "The Phynx," and "The Gong Show Movie." Television credits include: "Die Andrew-Sisters in Berlin."
